Meet the Founder
Anupa Iyer Geevarghese is the founder and principal consultant of Welcoming Workplaces and brings over two decades of experience in disability rights, accessibility, and workforce equity to your projects. She has held senior roles at the U.S. Department of Labor and the EEOC, and her background spans labor organizing, staffing strategy, and federal policy leadership. Anupa also brings her experience with mental illness and institutionalization to every engagement, grounding her approach in both legal expertise and lived experience.
